- Raise the national consciousness concerning Deaf and Hard of Hearing Catholics’ position within the Catholic Church.
- Empower Deaf and Hard of Hearing persons to be active in ministry.
- Share communication, religious education and pastoral training resources and provide an annual pastoral conference.
