Martha and Mary’s Kitchen: A model for shared leadership in ministry and faith sharing

Martha and Mary’s Kitchen is an online young adult faith group co-lead by persons without disabilities and persons living with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Come and see how faith sharing can be fun and innovative! This group is model after the Gospel story of Martha and Mary. We listen and reflect on Scripture. Then we learn how to cook together! Members of the group will be joining the presentation to share their thoughts and reflections.

Rachel has experience working with non-profits supporting adults living with IDD as a case manager, vocational training program supervisor, and a job coach.
