August 1, 2018 
Janice Benton will present the keynote address on “The Guidelines for the Celebration of Sacraments with Persons with Disabilities” at the Disability Awareness Conference in the Diocese of Saginaw, to promote full participation of people with all types of disabilities (both visible and invisible) within our communities and to bring awareness to the issues that may prevent their full participation within parishes.   
 
Esther Garcia will address in Spanish the revised Guidelines for parish catechetical leaders, catechists, volunteers and parents.
 
Erin Jeffries, Coordinator of Ministry to Persons with Special Needs of the Archdiocese of Indianapolis and NCPD Chair of the Council on Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities, will address in English the revised Guidelines for parish catechetical leaders, catechists, volunteers and parents in English.

Esther Garcia will present a breakout session on the Guidelines in Spanish at the Catechetical Conference in the Archdiocese of Indianapolis “Gathering of Disciples: A Day of Formation for Catechists, Evangelizers, and Liturgical Ministers", 9 AM-3 PM.

October 11-13, 2018 
Esther Garcia, will present at the Dallas Ministry Conference, a breakout Session in Spanish on the revised Guidelines “Dando la Bienvenida a las Personas con DiscapacidadesOrientaciones para la Celebración de los Sacramentos Edición 
Revisada."  
 
Melissa Waldon, Associate Director of Ministry to Persons with Disabilities, Caregivers and the Deaf of the Catholic Diocese of Dallas and Secretary of the NCPD Council on Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities will present in English at the Dallas Ministry Conference, “Welcoming Persons with Disabilities: Revised Guidelines for the Celebration of the Sacraments.”
