Comments on the IDEA Regulations Are Due September 6, 2005

The Individuals with Disabilities Education Act (IDEA) was reauthorized in December 2004.

Proposed regulations to implement IDEA 2004 were published June 21, 2005 in the Federal Register (click here for .pdf or html version) .
